This meeting will include a review of the June 7, 2013 RC3 Plenary, as well as a presentation by Patrick Hardy, President, Hytropy, on how the Council can effectively and efficiently engage small businesses.

A longtime disaster industry veteran, small business continuity expert, and Certified Emergency Manager®, Patrick Hardy is President and founder of Hytropy, a global business continuity company he started in his dorm as a graduate student in the United Kingdom in 2009.
